Availability Window definition

Availability Window means, for each Site(s) / CMZ Group, the window of time during which the Company's Dynamic Services may be required to be available during an Operational Period as notified pursuant to paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 and "Availability" and "Available" shall be construed accordingly;

More Definitions of Availability Window

Availability Window means, for each Trade Dispatch Group, the window of time during which the Company's Dynamic Services may be required to be Available during an Operational Period as notified pursuant to a Trade Award and "Availability" shall be construed accordingly;
