Available Distributable Cash definition

Available Distributable Cash means, on any date of determination, an amount (which may be a negative amount) equal to the sum of:

Available Distributable Cash for any Quarterly Distribution Date, without duplication, an amount equal to, for the period commencing on the Original Closing Date and ending on the Reference Date for such Quarterly Distribution Date,

Available Distributable Cash means an amount equal to the sum of (a) the cash proceeds to be received by Acquiror at Closing from the Trust Account in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby (after, for the avoidance of doubt, giving effect to the Acquiror Shareholder Redemption) and (b) the cash proceeds to be received by Acquiror at Closing in respect of the PIPE Financing or any Alternative PIPE Financing or any other additional third party financing pursuant to Section 5.7(b).

Examples of Available Distributable Cash in a sentence

• Principal or interest amounts unable to be repaid in any month due to insufficiency of Available Distributable Cash shall be added to the next month's payment.

• Interest shall be payable monthly from and after such date from Net Receipts irrespective of the amount of Available Distributable Cash and shall be paid prior to setasides for reserves or payment of the Tribal Preference or Tribal Rent.

• Principal shall only be payable from and to the extent of Available Distributable Cash remaining and shall be paid prior to Sublease Rent or Tribal Rent.
