Available Finance Charge Collections definition

Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (b) the Series 2012-1 Excess Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Payment Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(a), and (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(c).
Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2023-A for such Monthly Period, plus (c) Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to the related Transfer Date, plus (d) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(b), plus (e) amounts, if any, to be withdrawn from the Reserve Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to Section 4.10(d).
Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2009-VFN for such Monthly Period, plus (c) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to subsection 5.10(b).

Examples of Available Finance Charge Collections in a sentence

  • Any increase (to the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the Transaction Documents) in the rate at which finance charges and other fees and charges are assessed on the Accounts will also, generally, increase the amount of CHASEseries Available Finance Charge Collections and, thus, the amount of Excess Spread.

  • To the extent that default rates on the Receivables are less than expected, a lesser amount of CHASEseries Available Finance Charge Collections will be reallocated as CHASEseries Principal Collections.

  • On each Transfer Date, all interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) accrued since the preceding Transfer Date on funds on deposit in the Reserve Account shall be retained in the Reserve Account (to the extent that the Available Reserve Account Amount is less than the Required Reserve Account Amount) and the balance, if any, shall be deposited into the Finance Charge Account and included in Available Finance Charge Collections for such Transfer Date.

  • If, on any Transfer Date, the sum of the Investor Default Amount and any Investor Uncovered Dilution Amount for the preceding Monthly Period exceeds the amount of Available Finance Charge Collections allocated with respect thereto pursuant to Section 4.4(a)(vi) with respect to such Transfer Date, the Collateral Amount will be reduced (but not below zero) by the amount of such excess (such reduction, an “Investor Charge-Off”).

  • On each Transfer Date, all interest and earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) accrued since the preceding Transfer Date on funds on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account shall be retained in the Cash Collateral Account (to the extent that the Available Cash Collateral Account Amount is less than the Required Cash Collateral Account Amount) and the balance, if any, shall be deposited into the Finance Charge Account and included in Available Finance Charge Collections for such Transfer Date.

Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to the Noteholders, the Finance Charge Collections paid to the Issuer and allocated to the Noteholders, and (b) with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, the amount of collections in clause (a) allocated to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, as applicable, plus investment earnings allocable to the amounts on deposit in the Collection Account and Excess Funding Account allocable to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, plus any other amounts, or allocable portion thereof, to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections with respect to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, subject to the applicable Indenture Supplement.

Available Finance Charge Collections means an amount equal to, with respect to any Monthly Period, the product of (i) the Floating Allocation Percentage for such Monthly Period and (ii) the Series 2017-One Allocable Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period.
