Aventis Group definition

Aventis Group means the Company together with any company, partnership or other group of economic interest or legal entity where at least 10% of the capital or voting rights is held directly or indirectly by the Company, on the date of exercise.

Aventis Group means Aventis, ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sante Vegetale et Animale, and any other direct or indirect Wholly Owned Affiliate of Aventis which is or becomes a shareholder in the Company, with the exception of the Hoechst Group.

  • LEPETIT shall have the right to assign this Agreement to other companies of the Aventis Group in Italy, subject to giving BIOSEARCH written notice thereof.
