Average Annual Debt Service definition

Average Annual Debt Service means, at the time of calculation, the sum of the Annual Debt Service for the remaining years of the loan to the last scheduled maturity of the loan divided by the number of those years.
Average Annual Debt Service means the average of the Annual Debt Service for all Bond Years, including the Bond Year in which the calculation is made.
Average Annual Debt Service means an amount which, at the time of computation, is derived by dividing the total amount of Debt Service to be paid over a period of years as the same is scheduled to become due and payable by the number of years taken into account in determining the total Debt Service. Capitalized interest payments provided from bond proceeds shall be excluded in making the aforementioned computation.

Average Annual Debt Service means the sum total of the Annual Debt Service for all Sinking Fund Years divided by the total number of Sinking Fund Years during which any of the Series 2021 Bonds will remain outstanding.
Average Annual Debt Service means the average of the Debt Service Requirements as computed for the then current and all future fiscal years.
