Average Dilution Ratio definition

Average Dilution Ratio means for any calendar month the average of the Dilution Ratios for the 12 most recently ended calendar months.
Average Dilution Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the average of the Dilution Ratios calculated over the twelve preceding calendar months.
Average Dilution Ratio is defined in Annex X to the Agreement.
