Average Fair Market Value means the average of the fair
Average Fair Market Value means the average of the fair market values of assets held by the endowment care fund on the first day of the current fiscal year and the first day of each of the two preceding fiscal years, or the average of the fair market value for the entire term of the fund if there are less than two preceding years.
Average Fair Market Value means the average of the closing prices of the Company’s common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market or such other established stock exchange on which the Company’s common stock is listed for the 20 trading days preceding the date of the grant of an equity award.

More Definitions of Average Fair Market Value

Average Fair Market Value means, as of any determination date, the average of the daily high and low sales prices of the Common Stock on the composite tape for stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange as quoted in the New York Stock Exchange Composite Transactions published in the Western Edition of The Wall Street Journal for all trading days during the calendar month preceding the determination date. If the Common Stock is not admitted to trade on the New York Stock Exchange, the Average Fair Market Value shall be determined by the Committee in such other reasonable manner as the Committee shall decide.
Average Fair Market Value means the average of the fair market values of assets held by the trust at the beginning of the current and each of the 2 preceding years, or for the entire term of the trust if there are less than 2 preceding years, and adjusted as follows:
Average Fair Market Value means, as of any determination date, the average of the daily high and low sales prices of the Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange as quoted in the Composite Transactions published in the Western Edition of The Wall Street Journal for all trading days during the calendar month preceding the determination date. If on any such date the shares of such Class A Common Stock are not listed or admitted for trading on any national securities exchange and not quoted on any similar service, the Average Fair Market Value for such shares shall be the fair market value as
Average Fair Market Value means the average of the daily closing prices on the New York Stock Exchange per share of such Class A Common Stock for the 10 consecutive trading days before the day in question. If on any such date the shares of such Class A Common Stock are not listed or admitted for trading on any national securities exchange and not quoted on any similar service, the Average Fair Market Value for such shares shall be the fair market value as determined by mutual agreement of the Board of Directors of the Company and a representative of holders of a majority of the Series C Preferred Stockholders.
Average Fair Market Value means, with respect to a vesting date, the average Fair Market Value over the 30-day period immediately preceding such vesting date, measured by dividing the sum of all Fair Market Values for trading days during such period by the number of such trading days, provided that if such vesting date occurs subsequent to a Change in Control, the applicable 30-day period shall be the 30-day period immediately preceding such Change in Control.
