Average Revolver Usage definition

Average Revolver Usage means, with respect to any period, the sum of the aggregate amount of Revolver Usage for each day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective day) divided by the number of days in such period.
Average Revolver Usage means, with respect to any period, the sum of the Outstandings for each day in such period (calculated as of the end of each respective day) divided by the number of days in such period.
Average Revolver Usage means, for any period, an amount equal to (i) the quotient of (x) the sum of the Revolving Credit Outstandings (excluding the amount of any outstanding Swing Loans) for each day during such period, divided by (y) the number of days in such period, divided by (ii) the quotient of (x) the sum of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Lenders for each day during such period, divided by (y) the number of days in such period, all as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • For purposes of calculating the Unused Line Fee, any Revolving Credit Loans made as Swing Loans shall be excluded from the calculation of Average Revolver Usage during the preceding fiscal quarter.
