Award Agreements definition

Award Agreements means any document, agreement or certificate deemed by the Committee as necessary or advisable to be entered into with or delivered to a Participant in connection with or as a condition precedent to the valid completion of the grant of an Award under the Plan. Award Agreements include Stock Option Agreements, Stock Appreciation Right Agreements, Performance Agreements and Restriction Agreements.
Award Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).
Award Agreements means a written agreement, contract, certificate or other instrument or document evidencing the terms and conditions of any individual grant of Stock Options under the Stock Option Plan.
