Award Percentage definition

Award Percentage means the percentage shown for the Participant in the “Award Percentage” column of Table 1 on Exhibit A at the Performance Level which is achieved for the applicable Performance Goal as reflected in the “Performance Level” column of Table 2 on Exhibit A. If the actual performance for a Performance Goal falls between the Threshold and Target Performance Levels or between the Target and Superior Performance Levels, the Award Percentage shall be interpolated between the Award Percentage for the Threshold and Target Performance Levels or between the Target and Superior Performance Levels, as the case may be, as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion. The Award Percentage for the Individual Performance Component will be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion after consideration of the Chief Executive Officer’s assessment of the Participant’s performance of individual scorecard objectives and contribution to the organization as a whole.

Notwithstanding the foregoing table, if the Company’s Total Shareholder Return is less than zero (0), then the Award Percentage will be determined pursuant to the table set forth above, but in such case, the Award Percentage shall not exceed 100%.
Award Percentage means the following based upon the corresponding Achievement Level: Less than 50th percentile 0% 50th percentile 50% 75th percentile or above 130% If the Achievement Level is above the 50th percentile and below the 75th percentile, the Award Percentage shall be determined by linear interpolation.

Examples of Award Percentage in a sentence

  • The Incentive Award is calculated annually by taking the Director's Annual Fees for the Plan Year in which the XXX and Earnings Growth was calculated times the Incentive Award Percentage.

More Definitions of Award Percentage

Award Percentage means the percentage of an Entitled Employee’s Salary derived from the table contained in Appendix “A”. The Award Percentages applicable to an Entitled Employee, as set out in the table in Appendix “A”, shall be recommended by the CEO and approved by the Committee.
Award Percentage means the percentage of the Award Pool granted to a Participant pursuant to an Award as provided in Section 5.
Award Percentage for a Bonus Year shall mean a percentage of Base Salary used to determine a Participant's Bonus Award which is the sum of the Award Percentages determined as provided in Schedule A for such Bonus Year;
Award Percentage for a Bonus Year shall mean a percentage of Base Salary used to determine a Participant's Bonus Award which is the sum of the FFO Award Percentage, the Peer Companies Award Percentage and the Performance Award Percentage;
Award Percentage means 3.00%.
Award Percentage means a percentage based on the table contained in Schedule I and calculated in accordance with the formulae contained in Schedule I;
Award Percentage means the award percentage set forth on Exhibit B hereto. Such Exhibit may be modified from time to time by the Committee to reflect changes in Exhibit C hereto.
