Award Price definition

Award Price means the sum named in the Bid/proposal submitted by the Successful Bidder with any modification there of or addition thereto or deduction there from as may be made under the provisions contained in the proposal document.
Award Price means the purchase price for each share of Common Stock subject to an Award.
Award Price means the Option Price in the case of an Option or the price to be paid for the shares of Common Stock, SARs or Units to be granted pursuant to an Award Agreement.

More Definitions of Award Price

Award Price means the price at which an Option or a SAR may be granted in accordance with Exchange Policy and Securities Laws. The Award Price shall not be less than the Fair Market Value of a Share on the date of grant of the Award;
Award Price means the price specified in the Award Agreement with respect to an SAR pursuant to Section 8.B.
Award Price shall meam the price of a Unit specified in the Award Agreement being a sum equivalent to the mid-market price of a Share on the Award Date or such other price as the Trustee shall determine.
Award Price means the price to be paid for each Ordinary Share to be issued upon exercise of an Option or pursuant to any other Award.
Award Price means the acquisition price payable for a Share upon the exercise of an Award which shall be:
Award Price means the price at which each Share subject to the Share Appreciation Right is granted, being the price determined by the Board by reference to the average Market Value of the Shares in the 14 days prior to the Date of Award;
Award Price means the closing sale price of Shares reported in the NASDAQ National Market for the day on which the particular Award is granted, or if prices of Shares are not so published for that date, then a fair market value determined by the Committee by any reasonable method selected in good faith.
