In accordance with 2 C.F.R. Part 200 of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (sometimes referred to as “XXXXX”),Vendor's response to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will indicate Vendor's willingness and ability to comply with certain requirements which may be applicable to TIPS purchases paid for with federal funds, if accepted by Vendor.
The contract must include applicable provisions required by Federal statutes and executive orders listed in 2 CFR part 200, appendix II, Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards, and USDA implementing regulations at 2 CFR parts 400 and 416.
No less than fifty percent (50%) of the 2025 Awards shall be a Time-Based Award.
Shyft has furnished to Aebi Schmidt a true and complete list of all outstanding Shyft Equity Awards as of December 13, 2024, including with respect to each such equity award, (i) the name of the holder, (ii) date of grant and (iii) the number of shares of Shyft Common Stock subject to such award (assuming target performance levels were achieved, if applicable) and, in the case of a performance based grant, the performance metrics.
The 2025 Awards will be granted under, and will be subject to, the terms of the Company’s Plan and award agreements.
