In accordance with 2 C.F.R. Part 200 of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (sometimes referred to as “XXXXX”),Vendor's response to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will indicate Vendor's willingness and ability to comply with certain requirements which may be applicable to TIPS purchases paid for with federal funds, if accepted by Vendor.
By executing and accepting this Award Agreement, you agree to be bound as a Participant by the terms and conditions herein, the Plan and all conditions established by the Committee and the Company in connection with Awards issued under the Plan.
The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to this or other Awards under the Plan by electronic means.
The Award described in this Grant Agreement is a one-time benefit and does not create any contractual or other right to receive other Awards under the Plan or other benefits in lieu thereof.
Awards under the Plan are granted to employees of the Company and the Affiliates in the Committee’s sole discretion.
