AWS Contracting Party definition

AWS Contracting Party means the party identified in the table below, based on your Account Country. If you change your Account Country to one identified to a different AWS Contracting Party below, you agree that this Agreement is then assigned to the new AWS Contracting Party under Section 13.1 without any further action required by either party.

Examples of AWS Contracting Party in a sentence

  • This AWS Customer Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Service Offerings (as defined below) and is an agreement between the applicable AWS Contracting Party specified in Section 14 below (also referred to as “AWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you or the entity you represent (“you” or “your”).

  • If Customer has entered into an Ordering Document for Team Support directly with Qrvey (and not under the Commercial Agreement), then Customer shall pay the fees for the Team Support directly to Qrvey and not the AWS Contracting Party.

Related to AWS Contracting Party

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
