BA Equivalent Borrowing definition

BA Equivalent Borrowing means any Borrowing comprised of BA Equivalent Loans.
BA Equivalent Borrowing means a Canadian Borrowing that bears interest at a rate per annum determined by reference to the BA Rate.

  • If any such Interest Election Request requests a Eurocurrency Borrowing or BA Equivalent Borrowing but does not specify an Interest Period, then the applicable Borrower shall be deemed to have selected an Interest Period of one month’s duration.

  • The Canadian Revolving Loans comprising each BA Equivalent Borrowing shall bear interest at the BA Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Rate.

  • If no election as to the Type of Borrowing is specified, then (x) in the case of a Borrowing denominated in Dollars (other than a Designated Loan), the requested Borrowing shall be an ABR Borrowing and (y) in the case of a Canadian Revolving Borrowing, the requested Borrowing shall be a BA Equivalent Borrowing.
