Balloon Payments definition

Balloon Payments means with respect to any loan constituting Indebtedness, any required principal payment of such loan which is payable at the maturity of such Indebtedness, provided, however, that the final payment of a fully amortized loan shall not constitute a Balloon Payment.
Balloon Payments means, with respect to Lease Guarantor, the total principal amount at maturity of all debt obligations that matured during the twelve (12) month period ending on the date of determination.
Balloon Payments means in certain types of Auto Loan Agreements, the deferred installment payments during the installment period being included in the final instalment amount.
