Balloting Agent definition

Balloting Agent means Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC, in its capacity as notice and balloting agent for the Debtors.
Balloting Agent means AlixPartners, LLP.
Balloting Agent means Bankruptcy Services LLC ("BSI") or such other entity authorized by the Court to distribute, collect and tally Ballots.
