Banco de Chile Parties means, as applicable, (a) Banco de Chile, its Affiliates and any third parties engaged by Banco de Chile or its Affiliates to provide Services, when providing Services or (b) Banco de Chile and its Subsidiaries, when receiving Services.

  • To the extent reasonably required by a Party providing Services, each Party shall cause the Citi Parties or Banco de Chile Parties, as applicable, that receive Services hereunder to execute a written agreement with such Party, sufficient to comply with any applicable Law relating to data protection.

Related to Banco de Chile Parties

  • Local Parties shall be defined as the Board or the local OSSTF/FEESO bargaining unit party to a collective agreement.

  • Parent Parties means Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Co-Lead Arrangers means X.X. Xxxxxx Securities Inc. and RBSGC.

  • Applicable Parties has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.03(c).

  • OPWC means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Hostel means a place of residence for the students of the University, or its colleges, institutions and study centers, established or recognized to be as such by the University;

The term includes an individual who represents to the public that the individual is an athlete agent. The term does not include a spouse, parent, sibling, grandparent, or guardian of the student-athlete or an individual acting solely on behalf of a professional sports team or professional sports organization;

  • Financing Parties means Parties financing the Project, pursuant to Financing Documents.

  • Co-Arrangers has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • Overseas Shareholders holders of Scheme Shares who are resident in, ordinarily resident in, or citizens of, jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom;

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of SpinCo, after giving effect to the Reorganization.

  • CS means the New York State Department of Civil Service. “DOB” shall mean New York State Division of the Budget. “EEO” shall mean Equal Employment Opportunity.
