Bank Agents definition

Bank Agents has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.2.8. hereof.

Bank Agents means the Persons acting as the duly authorized representatives of the Lenders pursuant to the New Credit Facility.

Bank Agents means the agents under the Senior Credit Facility.
