Bank Bonds definition

Bank Bonds shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.06(b)(i) hereof.
Bank Bonds means Variable Rate Bonds purchased with funds provided by the Bank pursuant to a Liquidity Facility until such 202_ Series - Bonds are remarketed.
Bank Bonds means any Bonds registered in the name of the Liquidity Facility Provider or any Bank Bondholder (as defined in the Initial Liquidity Facility) pursuant to Section 7.8(b) of this 2024B Series Indenture.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon the receipt of the proceeds of a remarketing of Bank Bonds, the Paying Agent shall immediately pay such proceeds to the Liquidity Facility Provider to the extent of any amount owing to the Liquidity Facility Provider.

Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.
