Bank Bonds definition

Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.
Bank Bonds means Variable Rate Bonds purchased with funds provided by the Bank pursuant to a Liquidity Facility until such 202_ Series - Bonds are remarketed.
Bank Bonds means 2003 Series B Bonds purchased with funds provided by the Bank pursuant to a Liquidity Facility, other than Self Liquidity.

  • Bank Bonds shall not be remarketed unless the Paying Agent has received written notice from the Liquidity Facility Provider that the Liquidity Facility has been reinstated in full.

More Definitions of Bank Bonds

Bank Bonds means any VRDOs that were tendered for purchase by a bondholder and were put to the GSEs under a TCLF and have not yet been remarketed to a new bondholder, whether or not the GSEs have issued GSE Securities backed by such Bank Bonds.
