Bank Entities is defined in Section 12.9.

Bank Entities is defined in Section 12.9. “Bank Expenses” are all audit fees and expenses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) for preparing, amending, negotiating, administering, defending and enforcing the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, those incurred in connection with appeals or Insolvency Proceedings) or otherwise incurred with respect to Borrower.
Bank Entities means and includes any of the Bank, and, whether currently existing or hereafter organized, any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Bank, any direct or indirect parent holding company of the Bank, and any direct or indirect subsidiary of any holding company of the Bank.
