Bank Group Company definition

Bank Group Company has the meaning given to it in the Data Notice;
Bank Group Company means any company which is a member of the group of companies to which the Bank belongs;
Bank Group Company means any direct or indirect holding company of the Bank, any direct or indirect subsidiary of the Bank or of such holding company, or any of their related company (being a company in which an equity interest is held by any of the foregoing), and shall include each such company’s successors and assigns.

Bank Group Company means any subsidiary of the Bank, any direct or indirect holding company of the Bank, any subsidiary of any such holding company or any of their related companies (that is such companies’ equity interest is held by any of the foregoing) including companies within the group of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China;
