Bank Guarantees definition

Bank Guarantees means the guarantees or letters of credit to be provided by the Company pursuant to clauses 18.1 and 22.9;
Bank Guarantees means guaranties issued or to be issued pursuant to the Multicurrency Letter of Credit Facility by a Multicurrency Issuing Bank or Affiliate thereof in form and substance satisfactory to the issuer thereof.
Bank Guarantees means those guarantees issued by the Filing Subsidiaries in favor of the Pre-Petition Lenders, guaranteeing the obligations of Fleming on the Pre-Petition Credit Agreement.

  • In case of failure of the Licensee to pay the amounts due to the Licensor, the outstanding amounts shall be realized through encashment of the Bank Guarantees without prejudice to any other action(s) for recovery of the amounts due to the Licensor without any further communication to the Licensee.
