Bank Party means any Bank.

Bank Party has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

Bank Party means each and any Bank Party, singularly; and (iv) "Bank Parties" shall mean all the Bank Parties, collectively.

Bank Party means any of CorpBanca, CorpBanca Colombia, Itaú Chile and Itaú Colombia.

Bank Party means the Bank, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and any shareholder, director, officer, employee, agent or any "controlling person" (as such term is used in the Act) of any of the foregoing.

Bank Party has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 23.
