If any claim arising from, related to, or in connection with this Agreement must be litigated in federal court, the Parties agree that the exclusive venue for any such lawsuit shall be in the United States District Court or United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
The Sale Order (including all schedules, annexes, exhibits, appendices and supplements thereto) shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser and Sellers and entered by the Bankruptcy Court.
