Barrier Valuation Date definition

Barrier Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the Valuation Date or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for an Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day for such Index.
Barrier Valuation Date means, in respect of a Security and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the Valuation Date or, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day for an Security, the next following Scheduled Trading Day for such Security.
