Base Building Condition definition

Base Building Condition means the actual physical condition of the Premises as of the Commencement Date.
Base Building Condition means the condition of the New Space prior to commencement of the work of constructing and installing the Tenant Improvements.

More Definitions of Base Building Condition

Base Building Condition means the condition of the Fifth Amendment Expansion Space as set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto, and otherwise in “as-is” condition.
