Base Dividend definition
Base Dividend means, from the original issue date to the maturity date of the notes, $0.00 per calendar quarter per share of the Underlying Stock.
Base Dividend has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Articles of Incorporation.
Base Dividend means the difference, if positive, of (a) $12.68 minus (b) the Post-Dividend Company Price.

More Definitions of Base Dividend
