Base Equity definition

Base Equity has the meaning set forth in the Equity Funding Agreement.
Base Equity means the Base Equity Contributions made by or on behalf of the Equity Contributors to the Borrower from time to time in satisfaction of their aggregate Base Equity Commitments.
Base Equity means the aggregate amount of the Equity Payments which has been paid at any relevant time;

  • BrightSource Ivanpah undertakes to provide directly or indirectly to the Borrower the required amounts of Supplemental Base Equity, on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Base Equity has the meaning given in Section 5.17.1 of the Credit Agreement.
Base Equity means Equity (other than advances under the Subordinated Funding Agreement) in an amount of USD230,000,000 or its equivalent paid up or advanced pursuant to the Base Equity Commitment and including the US dollar equivalent of a minimum of MOP200,000,000 paid up by the Shareholders by way of subscription for shares in the Company.

"Base Equity Commitment" The obligation of the Sponsor (or by the Sponsor through Holdco) to fund the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Eligible Base Project Costs, less the Guaranteed Loan Amount, and (ii) 100% of all Ineligible Base Project Costs, which amount shall be funded on or before the Initial Advance Date by a combination of cash and the maximum amount a beneficiary may draw under one or more Base Equity Letters of Credit (if any) provided by the Sponsor or Holdco; provided that the maximum value of such Base Equity Letters of Credit for purposes of this definition shall not exceed in the aggregate the Base Equity LC Amount.
