Base Product definition

Base Product means a Pentana product provided by Pentana in quantities of one or more, in the standard, off-the-shelf form of such modules, as they exist prior to the development of, or any modifications to, the Base Product. Commencement Date means the date the Customer signs the execution clause at the back of this Agreement;
Base Product means the same as Powder.
Base Product means an agreement to supply power twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week and may include a Monthly Base Product and a One-Year Base Product.

Base Product has the meaning given in Section 1.288 of this Schedule.
