The Base Term of the Lease shall begin on the Base Term Commencement Date, and may, subject to Subsection 2(b), terminate on the last day of the last month of the Base Term.

In the event of a partial installation of less than all the Equipment prior to the Base Term Commencement Date, Lessee shall pay pro rata rental for such Items of Equipment upon receipt of invoice for same.
