Baseball. Arbitration If all of the parties agree to conduct the arbitration "baseball" style, each party shall submit to the arbitrator(s) and exchange with each other their last best offers in the form of the award they believe the arbitrator(s) should make, not less than seven (7) days in advance of the date fixed for the hearing, or such other date as the arbitrator(s) may decide. If a party fails to submit its last best offer in accordance with this Section, that party shall be deemed to have accepted the offer proposed by the other party.
