Tenant shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Improvements to be completed prior to the 2026 Baseball Season.
All repair activities shall be timed and organized in such a manner to facilitate Hardball’s ability to play the Hardball Home Baseball Season games at the Venue and to conduct Hardball Events to the degree feasible and the City agrees to cooperate with Hardball on all such decisions.

Subject to the approval of MLB, starting in the 2023 Baseball Season, the Tides shall submit, no later than November 1 of the prior calendar year (e.g. November 1, 2022 for the 2023 Baseball Season), a draft schedule for such Baseball Season.
