Baseball Season definition

Baseball Season means each annual baseball season during the Term running from approximately March 1 through September 30 of the applicable calendar year and includes, and may be modified from time to time by Tenant to include, all pre-season games, regular season games and playoff games.
Baseball Season means the period beginning October 1st of the year before the Baseball Club plays scheduled baseball games and ending on September 30th of the year during which such games are played. For example, the “2022 Baseball Season” means October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
Baseball Season means the date that is thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled first Club game each season through the date each year when Club has finished playing Club Home Games including any playoff games the Club may participate in.

Baseball Season or "Baseball Seasons" means the season during which Major League Baseball games are played.
Baseball Season means the Major League Championship Baseball Season, excluding spring training, exhibition and post-season play. "Baseball Product" means a product authorized under the BBPLA which uses one or more Major Leaguers.

Baseball Season means June 1st up to and including August 20th of the Term;
Baseball Season shall have the same meaning found in the PDL.
Baseball Season means the period beginning on the date of the first to occur of Team's first regular season or pre- season exhibition baseball home game at the Stadium at which Team acts as the host team for its opponent in any calendar year and ending on the day of Team's last baseball home game at the Stadium (including post-season play, if any) in such calendar year.
