Baseball Season definition

Baseball Season means each annual baseball season during the Term running from approximately March 1 through September 30 of the applicable calendar year and includes, and may be modified from time to time by Tenant to include, all pre-season games, regular season games and playoff games.
Baseball Season means the period commencing one day prior to league play during each year during the Term and ending on the date during the same calendar year when the Tenant’s last home game is played including any postseason games thereof.
Baseball Season or "Baseball Seasons" means the season during which Major League Baseball games are played.

  • Tenant shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Improvements to be completed prior to the 2026 Baseball Season.

  • All repair activities shall be timed and organized in such a manner to facilitate Hardball’s ability to play the Hardball Home Baseball Season games at the Venue and to conduct Hardball Events to the degree feasible and the City agrees to cooperate with Hardball on all such decisions.

  • In addition, Club shall provide to the City by February 1 of each calendar year Club’s calculation for Club’s Annual Maintenance and Repairs Obligation for that calendar year, as determined in accordance with Section 8.1.3(b), and a Maintenance and Repairs Budget for the following Baseball Season, including the projected total amount of expenditures, giving priority to those Capital Maintenance and Repairs Items that are specifically required in order to cure Out-of-Compliance Conditions.

  • Subject to the approval of MLB, starting in the 2023 Baseball Season, the Tides shall submit, no later than November 1 of the prior calendar year (e.g. November 1, 2022 for the 2023 Baseball Season), a draft schedule for such Baseball Season.


More Definitions of Baseball Season

Baseball Season means the period beginning October 1st of the year before the Baseball Club plays scheduled baseball games and ending on September 30th of the year during which such games are played. For example, the “2022 Baseball Season” means October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.
Baseball Season means the date that is thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled first Club game each season through the date each year when Club has finished playing Club Home Games including any playoff games the Club may participate in.
