Basic Hourly Rate definition

Basic Hourly Rate shall be as noted on Schedule "A" attached as part of this Agreement. Rates will be increased as follows: Jan. 1, 2019 2.3% Jan. 1, 2020 2.2% Jan. 1, 2021 2.1%
Basic Hourly Rate means the basic rate of pay divided by seven and one-half (7 ½) hours.
Basic Hourly Rate means the applicable monetary amount for each relevant classification as set out in Appendix B at the end of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Basic Hourly Rate

Basic Hourly Rate means the hourly wage paid to a laborer or mechanic for work performed during nonovertime hours, but shall not include the cost to an employer of furnishing fringe benefits whether paid directly or indirectly to the laborer or mechanic as provided in paragraph (7);
Basic Hourly Rate means the hourly rate for the work being performed exclusive of overtime and premiums.

Basic Hourly Rate means the employee's basic annual pay divided by 2920 for employees whose normal work week is fifty-six (56) hours, or divided by 2080 for employees whose normal work week is forty (40) hours.

Once posted a permanent vacancy may or may not be filled at the Employer’s discretion.
