Basic Maintenance definition

Basic Maintenance means test measurements and field inspections to validate the operational characteristics of the Plant as well as such activities as repair or replacement of faulty or obsolete equipment.
Basic Maintenance means SPLINTERNET’s maintenance program which offers new releases (other than those designated as new products by SPLINTERNET) for existing Products during a twelve month period for an annual fee payable in advance. SPLINTERNET reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the form and content of its maintenance program from time to time and will provide RESELLER with a thirty (30) day advance notice of any such change(s).
Basic Maintenance means the tasks which are performed on the Server equipment which generally require less than 15 minutes to perform.

  • Upon any failure to maintain the required Discounted Value, the Trust will use its best efforts to alter the composition of its portfolio to retain a Discounted Value at least equal to the APS Basic Maintenance Amount on or prior to the APS Basic Maintenance Cure Date.

As used in this Agreement, a “non-material” change shall consist of change of an administrative or otherwise non-substantive nature, not having an adverse effect upon an Application previously effected, or upon the value, performance or functionality of the maintenance, support or Product being provided, as the case may be. No consent by DSI shall be required for changes to the maintenance services provided by en2go to customers of en2go other than DSI.

No consent by ADP shall be required for changes to the maintenance services provided by SAGENT to customers of SAGENT other than ADP.
