Basic Maintenance definition

Basic Maintenance means test measurements and field inspections to validate the operational characteristics of the Plant as well as such activities as repair or replacement of faulty or obsolete equipment.

Basic Maintenance means SPLINTERNET’s maintenance program which offers new releases (other than those designated as new products by SPLINTERNET) for existing Products during a twelve month period for an annual fee payable in advance. SPLINTERNET reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the form and content of its maintenance program from time to time and will provide RESELLER with a thirty (30) day advance notice of any such change(s).

Basic Maintenance means the tasks which are performed on the Server equipment which generally require less than 15 minutes to perform.

• Upon any failure to maintain the required Discounted Value, the Trust will use its best efforts to alter the composition of its portfolio to retain a Discounted Value at least equal to the APS Basic Maintenance Amount on or prior to the APS Basic Maintenance Cure Date.

• In determining the shares of Municipal Preferred required to be redeemed in accordance with the foregoing, the Trust shall allocate the number required to be redeemed to satisfy the Municipal Preferred Basic Maintenance Amount or the 1940 Act Municipal Preferred Asset Coverage, as the case may be, pro rata among shares of Municipal Preferred and other Preferred Shares (and, then pro rata among each series of Municipal Preferred) subject to redemption or retirement.

• The Trust will also deliver an APS Basic Maintenance Report to the Auction Agent and Moody’s as of each Quarterly Valuation Date on or before the third Business Day after such date.

Basic Maintenance means en2go’s maintenance program pursuant to which en2go shall provide to DSI receipt of all improvements, error corrections, enhancements, modifications, updates, new versions, and new releases of the Products (other than those designated as new products by en2go), and support for the Product(s) and for all deliverables developed by en2go, for the fees described in Appendix D, payable in advance. en2go reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make non-material changes to the form and content of its Basic Maintenance from time to time and will provide DSI with a sixty (60) day advance notice of any such non-material change(s). As used in this Agreement, a “non-material” change shall consist of change of an administrative or otherwise non-substantive nature, not having an adverse effect upon an Application previously effected, or upon the value, performance or functionality of the maintenance, support or Product being provided, as the case may be. No consent by DSI shall be required for changes to the maintenance services provided by en2go to customers of en2go other than DSI.

SAGENT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the form and content of its maintenance program from time to time and will provide ADVENT with a thirty (30) day advance notice of any change(s).

Basic Maintenance means the routine maintenance and repair of a Fibre Circuit on The City’s Network as is necessary to maintain the Fibre Circuit in an operational condition capable of transmission performance and in compliance with The City’s network operations policies and procedures, and includes inspection services, routine remedial maintenance and ordinary course repairs, but does not include Emergency Maintenance;

As used in this Agreement, a "non-material" change shall consist of change of an administrative or otherwise non-substantive nature, not having an adverse effect upon a Solution, an Interface or an Application previously effected, or a Solution being undertaken at the time of such change, or upon the value, performance or functionality of the maintenance, support or Product being provided, as the case may be. No consent by ADP shall be required for changes to the maintenance services provided by SAGENT to customers of SAGENT other than ADP.
