Basic Maintenance definition

Basic Maintenance means test measurements and field inspections to validate the operational characteristics of the Plant as well as such activities as repair or replacement of faulty or obsolete equipment.
Basic Maintenance means the routine maintenance and repair of a Fibre Circuit on The City’s Network as is necessary to maintain the Fibre Circuit in an operational condition capable of transmission performance and in compliance with The City’s network operations policies and procedures, and includes inspection services, routine remedial maintenance and ordinary course repairs, but does not include Emergency Maintenance;
Basic Maintenance. The maintenance upon which the leased asset remains in conformity with the custom.

No consent by ADP shall be required for changes to the maintenance services provided by SAGENT to customers of SAGENT other than ADP.
Basic Maintenance means SPLINTERNET’s maintenance program which offers new releases (other than those designated as new products by SPLINTERNET) for existing Products during a twelve month period for an annual fee payable in advance. SPLINTERNET reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the form and content of its maintenance program from time to time and will provide RESELLER with a thirty (30) day advance notice of any such change(s).
Basic Maintenance means en2go’s maintenance program pursuant to which en2go shall provide to DSI receipt of all improvements, error corrections, enhancements, modifications, updates, new versions, and new releases of the Products (other than those designated as new products by en2go), and support for the Product(s) and for all deliverables developed by en2go, for the fees described in Appendix D, payable in advance. en2go reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make non-material changes to the form and content of its Basic Maintenance from time to time and will provide DSI with a sixty (60) day advance notice of any such non-material change(s).
