Basic Plan Document definition

Basic Plan Document means this Nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan document.

Basic Plan Document means this Fidelity volume submitter plan document, qualified with the Internal Revenue Service as Basic Plan Document No. 14.

Basic Plan Document means this document, which together with an executed Adoption Agreement constitutes the Plan for an Adopting Employer.
