Basket Value definition

Basket Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the sum of the values calculated for each Underlying Reference in the Basket as (a) the Underlying Reference Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date multiplied by (b) the relevant Underlying Reference Weighting.
Basket Value means, in respect of a ST Valuation Date, the sum of the values calculated for each Reference Item in the Basket as (a) the RI Value for such Reference Item in respect of such ST Valuation Date multiplied by(b) the relevant RI Weighting.
Basket Value means the value of the Basket as calculated by the Determination Agent in accordance with the following formula (rounded down to the nearest two decimal places):BV = (Ni × DA NAVS )+ EIV − APPF − AIE where:Ni is defined below; DA NAVS is defined below;BV means the Basket Value; EIV means the Eligible Investments Value; APPF means accrued but unpaid Principal Protection Amounts; and AIE means accrued but unpaid Issuer Expenses;

  • FB(t-1) means, in respect of a Relevant Valuation Date, the Fund Basket Value (t) in respect of the Valuation Date (t) immediately preceding such Relevant Valuation Date.

Basket Value means the sum of the Weighted Performance (Basket Value) of each Underlying Asset in the Asset Basket. "First Currency Calculation Amount" means the amount specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.
