BB Nominal Value definition

BB Nominal Value has the meaning set forth in Appendix 8.
BB Nominal Value means, as of any date of determination for each Approved Financing, an amount equal to the product of (x) the Applicable Valuation Percentage for such Approved Financing at such time, multiplied by (y) the Nominal Value of such Approved Financing at such time.

  • Adjusted Value as used in subdivision (d) means:

  • Incremental value means a figure derived by multiplying the marginal value of the property located within a project area on which tax increment is collected by a number that represents the adjusted tax increment from that project area that is paid to the agency.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.

  • Worst Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the lowest Underlying Reference Value for any Underlying Reference in the Basket in respect of such SPS Valuation Date.

  • Floating Quarterly Dividend Rate means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the rate of interest (expressed as a percentage rate rounded down to the nearest one hundred-thousandth of one percent (with 0.000005% being rounded up)) equal to the sum of the T-Bill Rate on the applicable Floating Rate Calculation Date plus 1.60% (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in such Quarterly Floating Rate Period divided by 365).

  • Current Unit Rates are Forest Service estimates of the unit rates for doing the work at the time the adjustment is approved.

  • Total Value means either the fair market value or the actual price paid for a covered animal part or product, whichever is greater.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • Underlying Reference Value means, in respect of an Underlying Reference and a SPS Valuation Date, (i) the Underlying Reference Closing Price Value for such Underlying Reference in respect of such SPS Valuation Date (ii) divided by the relevant Underlying Reference Strike Price.

  • Outstanding Nominal Amount means, in respect of a Security, an amount equal to its Specified Denomination as reduced from time to time in accordance with Asset Term 2.2 (Reduction in Outstanding Nominal Amount following Event Determination Date);

  • Fixed Retained Yield Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a per annum rate equal to the greater of (a) zero and (b) the Mortgage Interest Rate on such Mortgage Loan minus the sum of (i) 6.500%, (ii) the applicable Servicing Fee Rate and (iii) the Master Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);

  • Valuation Price means in respect of a Valuation Date and any relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the price of the Reference Asset at the Valuation Time on such day, as determined by the Determination Agent.
