Bearer Global Securities definition

Bearer Global Securities means a Bearer Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Bearer Securities, deposited with a common depositary for Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear System and/or Clearstream Banking, société anonyme, Luxembourg.
