Beta Release definition

Beta Release means a commercial release of PS OS Software designated as such by PalmSource in its sole discretion and with respect to which PalmSource plans to make a subsequent version available as a GM Release.
Beta Release means, a release which contains all features and no severity 4 bugs (highest level) unless agreed upon by ESPS and Adobe and draft documentation shall be completed. For the purpose of this provision, a "Severity 4 Bug" means any bug that crashes the system, hangs the application, or causes a loss of data.
Beta Release means a version of the Software which, subject to Known exceptions (which will be documented and provided to LGS); (i) substantially conforms with the Specification; and (ii) is free from significant bugs.

  • Provided that Licensee has paid PalmSource the Maintenance and Support Fees (as defined in Section 5.2(b) (Ongoing Obligation)), during the term of this Agreement, PalmSource will provide Licensee with the Released Code in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.5 (Method of Delivery) for Updates, Upgrades and New Versions which PalmSource is required to provide under Section 7.1 below within thirty (30) days after Alpha Release, Beta Release and GM Release, respectively.

  • Notwithstanding the provision of any Alpha Release or Beta Release, Licensee shall not commercially release or distribute any PS Licensed Product until PalmSource provides the GM Release.

  • We do not guarantee that a Beta Release will be commercially released and made available under these Terms or otherwise.

  • Docebo does not guarantee that future versions of Beta Release will be released or that if such Beta Release is made generally available, it will be substantially similar to the current Beta Release.

  • Your use of Beta Release is only permitted for the period designated by Us. We may terminate your right to use Beta Releases at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion, without liability to You.


More Definitions of Beta Release

Beta Release or “Prototype” means a preliminary release of the Product in substantial conformance with the Development Specifications, with all features and functions implemented (unless agreed in writing by Developer), which effectively addresses all comments theretofore received in reviews of any prior releases, and which successfully complies with any corresponding elements of the Test Plan.
