Beta Service definition

Beta Service means any Beta portion of the Services or Stripe Technology.
Beta Service means a product, service or functionality provided by Diligent that may be made available to Client to try at Client’s option at no additional charge, which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, non-production, early access, evaluation, trial, or by a similar description.
Beta Service means DSI Service or functionality that may be made available to Subscriber to try at its option at no additional charge that is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, early adoption, non-production, sandbox, evaluation or a similar description.

Examples of Beta Service in a sentence

  • We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Stripe may describe limitations that exist within a Beta Service; however, your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of these descriptions is at your own risk.

  • You will be under no obligation to acquire a subscription to use any paid Service as a result of your subscription to any Beta Service.

  • In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your user account and deny the Services upon reasonable belief that you have violated the Terms and to terminate your access to any Beta Service in case of unexpected technical issues or discontinuation of the Beta Service.

  • Subscriber may choose to try such Beta Service or not in its sole discretion.


More Definitions of Beta Service

Beta Service means a pre-release service which is not yet generally available for customer access or subscription.
Beta Service means any Databricks Service (or feature of a Databricks Service) that is clearly designated as “beta”, “experimental”, “preview” or similar, that is provided prior to general commercial release, and that Databricks at its sole discretion offers to Customer, and Customer at its sole discretion elects to use.

WatchGuard may discontinue or modify a Beta Service at any time in WatchGuard’s sole discretion with or without notice to Client, and WatchGuard has no obligation to develop a Beta Service or make a Beta Service generally available.
