Bid Due Date definition

Bid Due Date means Bid Submission end date and time given in the E-tender
Bid Due Date means the last date for submission of bids, as given in the Schedule for the Tender. No bids shall be accepted in the e-procurement portal after the Bid Due Date;
Bid Due Date means the date on which the Bid is required to be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Examples of Bid Due Date in a sentence

  • Bids received by the Authority after the specified time on the Bid Due Date shall not be eligible for consideration and shall be summarily rejected.

  • We shall keep this offer valid for 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the Bid Due Date specified in the RFP.

  • If a “hard” public copy is furnished at time of bid, the bidder may follow up with the disk copy before the end of the business Bid Due Date day.

  • In addition, the outside of the package must clearly state the Bid Title, the Bid Collective Number and the Bid Due Date.

  • The Bids shall be valid for a period of not less than 120 (one hundred and twenty) days from the Bid Due Date.


More Definitions of Bid Due Date

Bid Due Date means the last date for submission of bids, as given in Sl. No. 7 of the datasheet in the RFP. No bids shall be accepted after the Bid Due Date;
Bid Due Date means the last date upto which the Technical Bid and the initial price offer is required to be submitted in accordance with Clause 8.1(A)(a).
