Bid Loan Note definition

Bid Loan Note has the meaning specified in Section 2.02.
Bid Loan Note means a Bid Loan Note made by the Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit 2.5(a)(ii), payable to the order of a Lender, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Bid Loans made by such Lender, and includes any Bid Loan Note issued in exchange or substitution therefor.
Bid Loan Note means a Bid Loan Note made by the Borrower, in substantially the form of Exhibit F-2, payable to the order of a Lender, evidencing the obligation of the Borrower to repay the Bid Loans made by such Lender, and includes any Bid Loan Note issued in exchange or substitution therefor.
