Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Lender agrees that the Borrower may from time to time request the Lenders to submit offers to make loans (each such loan, a “Bid Loan”) to the Borrower prior to the Maturity Date pursuant to this Section 2.03; provided, however, that after giving effect to any Bid Borrowing, (i) the Total Outstandings shall not exceed the Aggregate Commitments, and (ii) the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Bid Loans shall not exceed the Bid Loan Sublimit.
Global Administrative Agent will promptly notify the applicable Tranche Lenders of any notice provided by Prologis under this Section 6.2.1. The amount of any Aggregate Tranche Commitment reduction shall not be applied to the U.S. Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Euro Letter of Credit Sublimit, the Euro Swing Line Sublimit, the U.S. Bid Loan Sublimit or the Euro Bid Loan Sublimit, as applicable, unless otherwise specified by Prologis.
The Bid Loan Sublimit is part of, and not in addition to, the Total Revolving Credit Commitment.
