Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power under Section – 63 of the Electricity Act as amended from time to time;
