Bidding Procedures Motion definition

Bidding Procedures Motion means a motion, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser, seeking approval of the Bidding Procedures Order and the Sale Order.
Bidding Procedures Motion has the meaning set forth in Section 5.7.1.
Bidding Procedures Motion means a motion to be filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the Bidding Procedures, which motion shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Parties.
