Bidding Procedures Motion definition

Bidding Procedures Motion shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(a).
Bidding Procedures Motion means a motion to be filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the Bidding Procedures, which motion shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Parties.
Bidding Procedures Motion means the motion seeking entry of the Bidding Procedures Order, which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Sellers and Purchaser.

  • Following the status conference held on July 27, 2023 in respect of the proposed sale and additional proposals received by the Debtors for the acquisition of some or all of their assets, on July 28, 2023, the Debtors filed the Bidding Procedures Motion.

Bidding Procedures Motion means the motion seeking entry of the Bidding Procedures Order, filed in the Bankruptcy Court on July 17, 2020, as may be amended with the written consent of Buyer.
