Upon issuance by the relevant Seller of an Invoice for a Purchased Receivable that is an Eligible Unbilled Receivable, such Purchased Receivable shall immediately become a Billed Receivable for purposes hereof (the date upon which such Purchased Receivable becomes a Billed Receivable, the “Conversion Date”).
