Billing Commencement Date definition

Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

Billing Commencement Date means the date specified in the Issuance Advice Letter on which the Servicer will commence billing the Fixed Recovery Charges.

Billing Commencement Date shall be the date of the service activation as determined by Pilot. Once so notified, Customer shall have two (2) business days in which to notify Pilot that it is rejecting the Service because the Service does not meet the Service specifications. Customer’s failure or delay to test the Service or failure or delay to utilize the Service on or after the Service Activation Notice date shall not prevent Pilot from billing Customer for the Service.

Examples of Billing Commencement Date in a sentence

• If Shipper shall desire to tender to Company on any day beginning with Shipper's Billing Commencement Date, at any of Shipper's Points of Receipt, a quantity of gas in excess of Shipper's Daily Receipt Quantity for such Point of Receipt for such day, it shall notify Company of such desire.

• Commencing on the Billing Commencement Date and at each three (3) month period thereafter during the first year following such Billing Commencement Date (the “Initial Year”), Licensee shall pay to S&P two thousand five hundred U.S. Dollars ($2,500) for a total annual payment of Ten Thousand U.S. Dollars ($10,000) (the “Year 1 Minimum Fee”).

More Definitions of Billing Commencement Date

Billing Commencement Date means the commencement date for assessing the tariffs and charges as set forth in these Terms and Conditions; provided however that the Billing Commencement Date will be adjusted by the Company if the Company is unable to commence Gas Distribution Service under the Natural Gas Service Agreement (NGSA) on such date;
