Billing Dispute definition

Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.
Billing Dispute means an instance where a Customer states in good faith that their bill contains incorrect charges, payments or adjustments. Billing Disputes are a specific form of Complaint dealt with only in terms of the Billing Disputes Procedure set out herein.

Examples of Billing Dispute in a sentence

  • Seller will make commercially reasonable efforts to completely resolve the Billing Dispute within thirty (30) days following the date on which Seller received Apple's initial billing inquiry.

More Definitions of Billing Dispute

Billing Dispute means the dispute of an Invoice prepared by the Access Provider for the Access Seeker which is made in good faith.
