Binding Order definition

Binding Order means an irrevocable order, whereby the Advertiser purchases and undertakes to place, by means of one or more Specific Orders, the Internet Advertisement in a specified Partial Order Volume of Internet Advertisement on the Servers during the given Relevant Period, which shall be in all substantial features identical to the template which is for such purpose provided to the Advertiser by the Provider;
Binding Order means an irrevocable order, whereby the Advertiser purchases and undertakes an obligation to place, by means of one or more Specific Orders or Product Placement Orders, the Advertisement in a specified Partial Order Volume and on specified Media Channels during the Relevant Period and which shall be in all substantial features identical to the template which is for such purpose provided to the Advertiser by the Provider;
Binding Order has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • One Binding Order may be executed for the purchase of the Promotion of one Advertiser or Client.

Binding Order means a purchase order that has been unequivocally accepted by Supplier, either by the issue of a purchase order confirmation from Supplier to Customer or otherwise.
