Blackstone Group definition

Blackstone Group means The Blackstone Group L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, which, on the Restatement Date, owns 100% of the outstanding Equity Interests of each General Partner of the Guarantors.
Blackstone Group means the entities listed on the signature pages hereto under the heading “Blackstone Group.”
